2% Fast Buyer Discount is NOT applicable to customers who opt for meetup and reservation of items.
2% Fast Buyer Discount is NOT applicable to customers who confirm an order and went MIA, and then comes back for the 2% Fast Buyer Discount for the same item(s).
Afterall, this is to help to prevent dead buyers who go MIA. We met lots of them!
To be eligible for the 2% Fast Buyer Discount, payment has to be received STRICTLY WITHIN 24 HOURS, no nego, no exception.
If after 24 hours, you have paid the amount with the 2% Fast Buyer Discount, item(s) will not be mailed/posted to you unless FULL payment (another 2%) is received.
Otherwise, all paid amount will be rightfully refunded.
Thus, ForeverVS holds the right to not give the 2% Fast Buyer Discount to another buyer whom we have personally blacklisted for e.g. negotiating of prices, going missing-in-action and other inappropriate behaviour, and when we feel that buyer is abusing the discount privilege.
